GDPR is the commonly used abbreviation for the Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), which applies from 25 May 2018. The data is processed for the purpose of providing services in the context of the performance of contracts concluded with customers or for the purpose of carrying out activities prior to or in connection with the conclusion of a contract.<\/p>\n

We process the data for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of \u201cFORMA SYSTEM\u201d or a third party (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). The legitimate interests of \u201cFORMA SYSTEM\u201d arise from activities carried out to ensure the protection of persons and property, the assertion and defence of claims, the direct marketing of \u201cFORMA SYSTEM\u201d products and services, for internal administrative purposes of \u201cFORMA SYSTEM\u201d.<\/p>\n
We process data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) given for specific purposes. The consent can be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing by \u201cFORMA SYSTEM\u201d until the withdrawal of consent or in situations where \u201cFORMA SYSTEM\u201d processes data on the basis of a lawful ground other than your consent.<\/p>\n

The group of entities performing tasks on behalf of and for the benefit of \u201cFORMA SYSTEM\u201d comprises entities providing ICT, debt collection, legal and insurance services.<\/p>\n
